Mustapha Mekhatria is a project manager at Highsoft and lives in Vik. Originally from Algeria, he has lived in several countries throughout his education and career, including France, Brazil, Canada, and the United States. This diverse background has provided him with insights into the key personality characteristics necessary for success across different cultures.

In addition to his role at Highsoft, Mustapha runs a company called Flinkliv, which specialises in making everyday life smarter and more enjoyable. Flinkliv offers practical tips, clever insights, and a touch of humour, all presented in comic form. The company's work encompasses a range of topics, including critical thinking, reverse thinking, cognitive biases, and effective communication.

In an upcoming lunch seminar for Sogn Næring, Mustapha will deliver a lecture on the characteristics of success according to his broad experiences and discuss how workplaces can systematically enhance these characteristics in their employees to provide the best possible working environment.
